Barricade Censorship Trial Update

On Friday 12th April at Broadmeadows Magistrates Court, the Police `generously' offered to drop two charges as long as our co-worker pleaded guilty to at least one charge. Malcolm, after waiting all day, elected to take advantage of this magnanimous offer and received a one year good behaviour bond. These obscenity charges were laid after a police raid on Barricade on 3rd July 1995 when allegedly obscene t-shirts and a pamphlet were seized.
